At Equsani, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Available options are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Customers may choose from Standard, Expedited, or Express shipping services, depending on the options available for their delivery destination.

Expedited Shipping Disclaimer

Selecting an expedited or express shipping method reduces the carrier's transit time only. It does not guarantee same-day or next-day order processing. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the selected carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Subscription Orders

Customers enrolled in an Equsani subscription program will have their recurring orders processed automatically according to their selected delivery schedule. Each subscription shipment is subject to the same processing timeframe of 1–2 business days before shipment. Subscription orders may be modified, paused, or canceled in accordance with our Subscription Terms prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Equsani is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
