Refunds?

No refunds for any purchased product.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Equsani product you have received, notify us via email info@equsani.com, within 7 days of receipt of product and we will give you the return shipping address information. Product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, if product is in new unopened condition.  

Make sure you include your order#, name, address, and phone number with your return shipment. 

Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Opened and/or used products? 

Unfortunately, opened and/or used products are not returnable for horse health reasons and no refunds or store credits can be issued.

What if my item is damaged upon receipt? 

Email photos of damaged product within 48 hours of tracking # receiving notice from shipper. Damaged product notifications past 48 hours of tracking # receiving notice from shipper will not be honored by Equsani.

We will issue you a shipping label for the damaged item at no additional cost to you. If we determine the item is not damaged a store credit will be issued. If the item is damaged, we will ship you out new product at no additional charge. 

Please note that we cannot ship a replacement to you until we receive and examine the item.

Cancelation of already processed “reoccurring orders” that have not been shipped yet:

If you email info@equsani.com before the product has been shipped a refund minus the processing fees can be issued.

If product has already been shipped no refund can be applied and goes under the same condition as “refunds”
